Our policy regarding order cancellations, refunds, and product returns.

1. Cancellation Timing

Important: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

Please note that cancellation requests may be rejected if vendors have already started shipping the order.

2. Perishable Items

No Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

However, refunds or replacements may be possible if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please follow these steps:

  • Manufacturer warranty issues should be referred directly to the manufacturer
